- You’re dealing with one of our reception staff members not a static booking form. We can tailor your stay with us and you can tell us your personal requirements.
- We regularly run special deals which are not available online. Be sure to ask us about our latest offers.
- You can ask us direct about travelling directions to the Hotel.
- You can let us know if you prefer a room with a view or on a lower floor. Please note we do not have a lift (portage is available on request, prior to arrival).
- If you would like to check in at a later / earlier time we may be able to help you.
- Looking to prebook a restaurant before your arrival? We can recommend some good local restaurants for you to book. We advise you to book restaurant reservations as early as possible due to popular demand of some restaurants. Alternatively book a table within the Hotel’s restaurant.
- Not all of the rooms are always available to book online. We often have vacancies even when the online booking agency is showing we are full.
- If you are booking a room as a gift / surprise we can offer little extras like a bottle of champagne, favourite wine, flowers or chocolates. Just ask.
- Pay on arrival (some of the large booking websites can request payment up front). We don’t we ask for payment on arrival and we do not pass on any of your details. Your email is safe. We won’t send you junk email.
- We appreciate your support in booking direct with us to ensure your money goes straight to the hotel. As an independent hotel we pay a high percentage commission to other booking websites, which is not passed on to our guests. So booking direct allows us to pass on any savings and keep our room rates competitive.
